No. The first call and a standard quote are free. For app projects above $10k we sometimes recommend paid discovery instead: it produces a proper scoping document we can both rely on, and it's credited toward the build if you proceed.

We'll say so on the first call and suggest who might suit you better. We'd rather lose a project than take one we can't do well.

An AgentPress site is 5–10 days. A bespoke WordPress build is 2–4 weeks. A custom app is 4–8 weeks, built in phases. Migrations are 1–2 weeks. We give you a real launch date in the quote, not an aspirational one.

For builds: 50% deposit at engagement, balance on launch (or per milestone for larger projects). For ongoing services like hosting and retainers: billed monthly or annually in advance. Invoices are due 14 days from issue.

Hosting and most retainers are month-to-month: cancel any time with 30 days' notice. WooCommerce hosting tiers have a 12-month minimum because of the work involved in tuning and securing a store. We'll always tell you up front.
